Shipping & Returns
We are happy to make a refund for unbooked vouchers within 14 days of purchase. This refund will be made to the purchaser of the voucher and also only refunded to the credit/debit card the purchase was made with, once the voucher is returned to us. We do not take responsibility of vouchers lost in the post. There will be a £10.00 administration charge.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If you need to return the voucher, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that the Flying Experiences are to take place in the United Kingdom, except where stated.
When you place an order, we will look to despatch the voucher within 1 working day for the "Free Shipping" option and with "Royal Mail Special Delivery" option we would endeavour to despatch the same day assuming the order is received before 1.00pm, Monday to Friday.
